Versengtrade Technologies ('we', 'us', 'our') operates the Verse mobile application ('Verse' or the 'App'). We provide a platform that allows users to sell gift cards, receive funds in Naira wallets, pay bills (airtime, data, cable TV, electricity) and send money. • Account information: Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, government‑issued ID, bank details when you register or complete Know‑Your‑Customer (KYC) checks.

• Technical data: Device identifiers, IP address, operating system, browser type, app sessions and crash logs.
• Communications & content: Content of messages you send us and your interactions with customer support.
• Cookies and similar technologies: We may use cookies or device identifiers to improve the App, remember your preferences and measure usage patterns.

You may decline to provide certain information, but this may limit your ability to use some App features.

• Provide, maintain and improve the App and its features.
• Verify your identity and process KYC.
• Facilitate transactions, calculate conversion rates and process deposits and withdrawals.
• Send confirmations, transaction alerts and other informative messages.
• Comply with legal obligations (including anti‑money‑laundering and financial‑services regulation).

Verse is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.
